Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and account type (owner or tenant). When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, company name, email, phone, desired move-in date, and any additional notes you provide.

If you list a warehouse, we collect facility details including address, square footage, pricing, amenities, zone information, contact details, and uploaded photos.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the marketplace and connect warehouse owners with tenants
  • To send booking notifications to warehouse owners via email
  • To send status updates to tenants when owners respond
  • To display your listing information publicly on the platform
  • To authenticate your account and protect your data

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (serverless PostgreSQL). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Uploaded images are stored on Cloudinary.

Your Rights

  • Access: You can view your account data on the Account Settings page.
  • Update: You can update your name and phone number at any time.
  • Delete: You can delete your account from the Account Settings page. This removes your user record and deactivates any listings you own.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token and user preferences (such as saved listings). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
